Gwyneth Paltrow Trial: Actress Denies Skiing Accident Terry Sanderson, a retired optometrist, is suing the Oscar-winning actor over the accident at Deer Valley Resort in Utah, which left him with multiple broken ribs and severe head injuries.
Ms Paltrow has denied the allegations and is suing Mr Sanderson, saying she had an affair with him. Rumor has it that the GoPro video footage of Paltrow’s skiing trip may not be true, a court heard on Friday.
Reference has been made to footage of the 2016 incident during the trial in an email sent by Mr Sanderson’s daughter.
The jury has received an email, sent by Shae Sanderson-Herath, in which she refers to possible GoPro footage of the crash. But giving evidence on Friday, Ms Sanderson-Herath said she had never seen such images, although she believed they existed at the time.
