A trial begins this week for a neighbor accused of killing an ID corrections officer in a blood feud Zachary T.
Latham, 20, is charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault and a weapons offense in the May 4, 2020, shooting death of William T.Durham Sr. in the Vineland area where they both live.

An argument was exchanged with one of Durham’s children who was about to throw a punch, according to the video, when Latham stabbed him.
