According to documents released by Salt Lake County prosecutors, Taylor was charged with two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child in harm’s way, one count of aggravated assault, one count of criminal mischief and one count of reading of the violation child abuse.
The day after the incident, Taylor was released from jail on pretrial supervised release. He will be in court on April 14 for his next hearing. She said he was afraid for his life.
