Florida resident Alicia Kincheloe was convicted of a crime spree after a “raccoon dumpster” video alerted law enforcement.
The 31-year-old man was convicted on October 19 after he set the raccoon on fire and shared the video on Snapchat. His father was also arrested.
Now, people are taking to the internet to demand that strong action be taken against him. In August 2022, Alicia Kincheloe uploaded a shocking raccoon video to Snapchat.
Similarly, the stuffed animal can be seen stuck in a dumpster behind the restaurant. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the animal did not show any signs of aggression.
Kincheloe went on to accuse the animal of possibly having hepatitis as his father, Roddy, violently attacked the animal.
The creator of the Raccoon Dumpster video was sentenced to a maximum of 10 years, and the state prosecutor wants him to spend five years.
However, Sarasota Circuit Court Judge Donna Padar found that the case did not affect his behavior. In response, people started a petition calling for Alicia Kincheloe to spend time in prison.
