Her 14-year-old son faces one count of murder. Shortly after a 32-year-old man entered the restaurant, an argument broke out between him and Hood, according to court documents. Hood reportedly texted his son from the store, waving him off.
He entered the restaurant during the debate. Documents show that the witness laughed and encouraged the incident.

The man then fled the restaurant, reportedly followed by the 14-year-old, who fired more shots.
The man suffered another two gunshot wounds to the back and was pronounced dead a short time later.

Hood and the boy have no criminal records. They have been taken into custody and charged, authorities said. More details are yet to be released.
