Isaiah Bolden was knocked unconscious by a teammate early in the fourth quarter. Bolden remained motionless on the ground after Patriots linebacker Calvin Munson hit Bolden in the head while tackling Packers receiver Malik Heath.
Paramedics rush to Bolden as both teams kneel down. Matthew Slater led some players from both teams in prayer. Referee John Hussey called the game over with 10:29 left in the fourth quarter with New England leading 21-17.

It is the right decision when there is such a threat on the pitch. This is not for the outcome of the game, but for the safety of the players involved.
All attention will now be on Bolden and his condition in the coming days. The Patriots announced shortly after the game was suspended that he had an impact on all of his extremities, but was being taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
