Deshaun Watson has an Achilles tendon injury. A video from the scene shows her in tears.

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson appeared to suffer a serious right leg injury late in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Bengals.
On second down and six attempts from the Cincinnati 21-yard line, Watson began to move in a planned move to the right, but almost immediately went down with an apparent right leg injury.

The replay showed that Watson had a calf strain as he tried to take the step, which could be an indication of an Achilles injury.
No contact during the game. Watson was taken off the field. The Browns finished the drive with a one-yard kick by Nick Chubb on fourth-and-goal.

But Dustin Hopkins, who missed the first field goal, missed the extra point to keep the score at 7-6, Cincinnati.
