Matthew Mitcham has revealed that Channel 9 contacted him to talk about diving at the Paris Olympics, but he turned down the offer because the channel wanted him to come home and do it in a remote location from Australia.
The issue of water is a big point of contention this week as Australian cricket legend Mark Taylor is in the booth.
Taylor did a good job and held her own, but she clearly didn’t have the skills to give the audience much information.
As host, Taylor explained the event to viewers and counted the numbers, while former swimmer Sam Fricker provided expert analysis.
