Punching, drowning, screaming, and even going as far to say he will burn the dog “again”. This was all because the dog did not kill a duck while hunting.
This video was over a year long yet we still got justice. This is not always the case, people are afraid to speak up because of the regulations against amount of time.
People being assaulted have a “certain amount” of time to pursue a case, people are scared to speak up when things happen but that does not mean we should get a time limit
