Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins’ wide receiver, suffered a severe leg injury during the Week 4 game against the New York Jets on September 29, 2025.
The injury occurred after a 10-yard catch when Hill was tackled near the sideline, causing his leg to twist unnaturally. Medical personnel attended to him on the field, removing his cleat and securing his leg with a stabilizer before he was carted off.
His injury is feared to be a patellar dislocation or a dislocated knee, and the exact extent of the injury is still being updated.
Hill was seen smiling while being taken off the field, and his mother came to comfort him during the medical attention.
