The video, which circulates on social networks, shows that a child is mistreated, also warned the authorities that something was wrong.
Tim Schaffner of the Children’s County Services of Trumbull said: “I know Facebook and rumors on Facebook and I think that the Sheriff department and we know it on Facebook and we have reacted and ensured children’s safety.”
WKBN contacted the police immediately after receiving the video.
The victim is currently at the Trumbull County Services Children’s Emergency Center. McElravy’s children and relatives live there.
